This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and hprintweb for the use of our website, services, and the embedded software (firmware) contained within our compatible ink and toner cartridges.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, hprintweb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the firmware embedded in the smart chips of our cartridges solely for the purpose of communicating with your printer hardware.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the smart chips found on our products.

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any website content, product imagery, or proprietary descriptions without written consent from hprintweb.

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website and the products (excluding third-party trademarks like HP, Epson, Canon, and Brother, which are used for compatibility identification only) belong to hprintweb. Use of our products does not grant you ownership of any underlying technology or firmware code.
4. Firmware Updates
Important Notice: Printer manufacturers frequently issue “Firmware Updates” via the internet. These updates are often designed to disable third-party compatible cartridges.

hprintweb is not responsible for cartridges that cease to function due to a manufacturer-initiated firmware update performed after the date of purchase.

We recommend disabling “Automatic Updates” on your printer to ensure continued compatibility.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the website and services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software and firmware are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, hprintweb disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, regarding the software’s performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall hprintweb be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, printer downtime or loss of data) arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
