Order Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation by:

2. Cancellation Window

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 hours during business hours.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier (shipped), it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow our [Returns Policy] to send it back for a refund.


3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is confirmed before shipping, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.

  • The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


4. Policy on Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept a delivery for a shipped order, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will refund the product cost once the item is back in our warehouse.

  • Shipping charges (both ways) may be deducted from your final refund.
