Standard Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 hours during business hours.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier (shipped), it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow our [Returns Policy] to send it back for a refund.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is confirmed before shipping, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.

The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Policy on Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept a delivery for a shipped order, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:
