Refund and Returns Policy

At hprintweb, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your printing results. If your ink or toner doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.


1. 14-Day “Change of Mind” Return

If you have purchased the wrong item or no longer need your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.

  • The outer box is in resalable condition.

  • Note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Delhi or London hub.

2. Defective or Faulty Products

We stand by the quality of our compatible cartridges. If a cartridge is not recognized by your printer or produces poor print quality:

  • Please contact us at info@hprintweb.com with your order number and a photo/description of the issue.

  • If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a pre-paid return label (or courier pickup) and offer you a full refund or a free replacement.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If we have sent you an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange for the collection of the incorrect product at our expense.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Cartridges that have been opened or the “pull-tab” removed (unless the item is defective).

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the original delivery date.

  • Empty or near-empty cartridges.
